Rent to Own and Items for Sale
You can sell brand new or used items here at iRent Mo. You can even provide your customers with “rent to own” options (installment pay) and utilize our financial partners for everyone’s convenience! The Rent to Own option provides customers with affordable terms that frees them from the financial burdens of paying in full and upfront.
Furthermore, you can allocate a portion of your inventory to be rented out to customers. Think of it as a form of marketing – to let potential customers test out your product (paid!), and increase chances of selling them!
Rentals
iRent Mo makes it easy for its users to either “rent out” or to “rent in” items. Vendors/Merchants can list everything legally rentable and earn additional income from things they own. Customers/Users can search through iRent Mo’s different categories when they need to “rent in” items for their limited use. It provides “renters” and “rentees” convenience, security, and ease of access to the products they need with our rental system, requirement repository, integrated shipping options, calendar booking system, and rating system.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tab][vc_tab title=”Rental” tab_id=”331c1658-7dfd-266a0-40bf”][vc_column_text 0=””]The rental business in the Philippines has primarily focused on property rentals. Gear and/or equipment rental has never established itself in the formal sector until as of late.
Due to the popularity of large-scale and high-end weddings, birthdays, and other similar events, people have started to accept the value of renting apparel, audio/video equipment, furnishings, and other equipment that increase the value of said events.
iRent Mo offers an alternative to devalued selling, home clutter, and landfill disposal.
Renting lets people enjoy products at the fraction of the cost when compared to buying. Renting gives people back the space they need at home; no need to store all those boxes of outdated equipment under your bed or in your garage. Lastly, since these are rented products, you don’t need to dispose of them.
On the business side of things, iRentMo also enables people to rent out their items as much as they want until they get back the money they spent on the item, or maybe even earn more than what they spent.

It’s essentially installment pay wherein you pay for an item monthly for a set number of months; once done, the item is yours! What’s good about this is that you can start using the item as soon as you pay the initial payment.
We have bikes, computers, appliances, business machines, and more. You can purchase items via a straight cash payment, but opting for the rent to own option (installment pay) gives you better cash flow because you’re only spending a fraction of the total cost of the item up front, and then pay for the rest of it within a few months.
Installment pay or “rent to own” can be done via TendoPay or BillEase if you’re availing of vendor/merchant items. If you already have an existing BillEase or TendoPay account and have a history of purchasing through them, then we advise you to utilize it. You can also sign up to either one by adding an item to your cart and selecting either of the two as the mode of payment. At the end of the purchasing process, you’ll automatically be taken to either BillEase or TendoPay to sign up or to sign in. Just follow the steps to continue.

These can be paid upon delivery of the item (COD).
Please note that the security deposit is non-refundable for “rent to own” arrangements and serves as the downpayment.
Also, all monthly “rent”/payments are pre-paid – meaning that they are paid at the beginning of each month. So bear that in mind so as not to incur any late payment fees.

- Shop here at our iRentMo store. Browse through our products. We have a variety of categories for you to choose from. Take your time, and find the perfect product.
- Once you’ve picked a product you like, simply add it to the cart by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button. There’s a preview of the installment pay amount below it.
- Now, if you want to proceed – click on the “SHOPPING BAG” icon on the upper right side of the screen. It should take you to the CHECKOUT page. Review your purchase.
- Once you proceed, we’ll ask you for your shipping information. Just fill it out completely so that your product will be shipped to you without a problem.
- Scroll down and pick “Installments by TendoPay” as the payment method. When you’re ready, click on the “BILLEASE” or “TENDOPAY” button.
- You’ll be redirected to BillEase’ or TendoPay’s website. Sign up and fill up the necessary information. Then wait for confirmation.
- Once you get approved, you’ll get credits to be used to pay for the item.

- Once you’ve picked a product you like – just submit the ff requirements to our email address:
- 1 Gov’t-issued Id (UMID, Postal ID, Passport, Philhealth card, PRC license, etc)
- 1 Company ID; Businesses can submit DTI, SEC, or Business Permit
- Selfie with Gov’t issued ID
- Proof of billing: Meralco, PLDT, Manila Water, etc. (if you’re renting, please ask your landlord for a picture of the billing).
- COE and payslip or any proof of income; businesses can submit ITR or AFS
- Please indicate in the email the item you want and send it along with the requirements to our email address at hello@irentmo.com
- Then wait for our CS team to respond to your email within 1-2 working days.
- You may be asked for additional information or documents. So please check your email for the next two business days for any questions from our email team.
- Once you’re approved, they’ll send you a contract to sign. Sign it either physically (print then scan the pages if necessary) or electronically, then return via email.
- When the item is ready for delivery – shipping will be booked thru Lalamove MPV – to ensure that the components are kept intact. Shipping fees to and from Cainta will be shouldered by the renter.

After you complete all rental payments within the agreed number of months, you gain ownership of the item. - P400 for past due 30 days
- P600 for past due 60 days
- P800 for past due 90 days

In certain circumstances, you can request for the late payment fee to be waived.
