All units have 1-month shop warranty, parts and services.
7 days replacement after 1 week if there is any parts are not working, we will repair or replace the particular parts.
A. Warranty does not apply to following:
Bodily injured/physical damage, burned, tampered, misapplication, battery failure, accidental spill water or any form of liquid, inadequate maintenance or improper handling.
B. Item compatibility is the buyer's responsibility
We are not held responsible for any application that buyer will be installed.
We do not entertain any complain regarding any application buyer installed on the laptop nor force us to fix the said application.
For Provincial Buyer Here Are the Warranty Policy.
1. All items are thoroughly checked before sending, you are given 3 days to check the unit and if there is any problem inform us and will send the replacement free of charge. After 3 days, if there are any malfunction parts, we will send the replacement and the buyer will pay the shipping fee for the warranty part that will send.
2. Only hardware is under warranty.
3. Corrupted or failure Operating System is not under warranty. ( Windows 10 and Windows 7)
Trial version installed.
4. We only sent thru LBC for availing the insurance. Payment first before checking the unit in front of LBC Staff.
5. For meet up buyer, you can test the items as long as you want before buying.
6. Purchased thru Cash on Delivery by Lalamove, Grab, Angkas or any rider, buyer must check first the unit before paying to assured unit is in good condition and no issue upon receiving.
Day after receiving the unit if the unit has problem the buyer returns to us and they pay the fare.
Unit comes with 1-month warranty only, after 1 month we are not responsible any damages occur on the laptop unit.
7.Warranty will be held at the shop. We don't entertain warranty outside our shop.
8. We do not refund, change unit only. Equal amount or higher price of the purchased unit.
