Shipping and Delivery Policy

iRent mo can deliver any serviceable area in the Philippines – subject to courier fees depending on location, item weight, item dimensions, shipping restrictions, etc. Please read the details on our shipping and delivery policy below for your comprehensive understanding.


Shipping time depends on the item, the customer’s location, time of order confirmation, and availability of the item upon the order’s confirmation.

If the customer is within Metro Manila, and the order was made early in the day and there’s stock during the order’s confirmation – then iRentMo can deliver the order as early as within the day (SAME DAY DELIVERY).

 **For desktop computers – there is roughly a day required to build the PC before it’s ready to ship out.

If the order is an item on backorder, please allow iRentMo 3-5 business days before the item becomes available for domestic shipping/delivery.

Deliveries outside Metro Manila: Generally speaking, based on LBC turnaround times:

Luzon provinces: Please allow 3 to 7 working days for processing and delivery of the order.

Visayas and Mindanao provinces: Please allow 7-15 working days for processing and delivery of the order.


  1. At least one valid government-issued ID of the person who ordered (customer).
  2. If recipient is an authorized representative: photocopy of the customer’s ID, physical ID of the authorize representative, and a written authorization letter containing the name of both parties.
  3. For credit card purchases, the customer needs to present his/her valid ID and the credit card used for the purchase. Please do not show your credit card’s CVV number; we only need to see the name and the last four digits of your credit card.


Metro Manila Addresses:
For Metro Manila orders, the shipping fee will be based off of Grab and/or Lalamove rates (if chosen), or a fee of 350 to 500 for our in-house courier (depending on location); our in-house fees are automatically computed and will be displayed during checkout.

Provincial Shipments:
We base these fees on LBC, AP Cargo, and other similar cargo services. We will coordinate with the customer regarding these fees before the item is shipped out.


If in case a Metro Manila delivery is missed (iRentMo in-house shipping or Grab/Lalamove). We will reschedule the delivery; but with the corresponding delivery fee.
